Welcome! Reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, so I want to congratulate you on taking another step in your growth and healing journey. I believe therapy provides a safe and authentic space to process life’s challenges, strengthen resilience, and connect more deeply with yourself and others. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and clinical guidance as you navigate your journey.
In our work together, you can expect humor, collaboration, and a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel supported and understood. My approach is person-centered and collaborative—I believe therapy works best when your needs and goals guide the process. I use authenticity and curiosity to build connection and I lean on solution-focused and strength-based approaches to help you move toward the changes you want to see.
I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, with a special focus on supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relational challenges, and identity exploration. Some of my areas of focus include:
Parenting & Family Dynamics
Shame, Guilt, & Self-Worth
Boundaries & Communication
Life Transitions
I integrate trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and grounding techniques. I also use experiential practices such as self-compassion and values exploration to help clients cultivate balance and clarity. Together, we’ll identify strategies that empower you to feel more grounded, supported, and aligned with the life you want to build.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, exploring new places, and playing games. Connection with loved ones, movement, and small mindful moments bring balance and joy to my everyday life.
