Prepare/Enrich is a couple’s assessment that measures the strengths and growth areas of your relationship. After reviewing your assessment results, a therapist works with you and your significant other to process your personalized results and guide you in developing skills that foster connection and growth in your relationship.

Prepare/Enrich is a research-backed method that has been proven to improve relationship success and lower a couple’s risk of divorce by 31%. The program was originally developed for premarital counseling, and is now used to enhance and enrich relationships at any stage.

Here’s how it works:

• Once you let us know you’d like to complete the Prepare/Enrich program, we’ll get you connected with a clinician, who will send over the information needed to complete the online assessment, and will schedule your initial session.

• Once your assessment is complete, your clinician will review the results with you and highlight both your strengths and areas for growth.

• You will attend at least 3-5 sessions with your provider, during which you will process your results, learn specific skills to foster growth within your relationship, and learn ways to deepen and enrich your unique strengths as a couple.

• Many couples choose to continue meeting with their provider, after the initial sessions are complete, to dive deeper into growth areas and continue learning skills leading to increased relationship satisfaction.
