Grief + Loss
While life can be filled with great joys it can also be filled with deep pain and sorrow. Losses come in many forms—loss of a loved one, a career, a relationship, physical health or any other loss that causes sadness and grief. The pain of loss can feel unbearable and heavy. We may initially get lots of support after a loss and yet over time this support can begin to fade away while everyone else returns to their daily lives. We can feel so alone, isolated, and completely devastated. It can be hard to know how to cope, process the loss, and begin to put your life back together. Sometimes it can even be challenging to know how to grieve.
