Natalie ZWAK RD LD + Miranda Torgrimson RD LD provides Individual DIETITIAN SERVICES, as well as a therapeutic supported meal group to residents of MN via telehealth

  • A: Yes, we are in-network with most major insurance providers. However, we encourage each client to verify that Embolden You, LLC (or Jessica Dresden PsyD, LP, LLC) is in-network with their specific plan as each plan defers.

  • A: Yes, oftentimes, people have great OON benefits and are still able to continue their care with us. if we are out-of-network with your insurance, you are responsible to self-pay for your session on the date of service. We can then provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance.

  • A: Yes, if you do not have insurance that is in-network with Embolden You, self-pay is an option. Consult with your clinician on what their specific self-pay rate is. We also accept HSA/FSA.

  • A: At the first appointment, your Registered Dietitian (RD) will conduct a Nutrition Assessment. By the end of the assessment, they will be able to provide you feedback, and recommendations, and offer you some initial impressions of what your work will include together.

  • A: The initial assessment typically lasts 50-60 minutes, but varies on an individual basis. Follow-up sessions typically occur once a week or once every other week and are typically 53-60 minutes. The length of treatment also varies on an individual basis.

  • A: Our dietitians see clients via telehealth only at this time.
