  • A: We have a dual-certified adult health and psychiatric mental health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in prescribing psychiatric medication. She sees clients throughout the state of MN via telehealth and offers medication management and psychiatric services.

  • A: Yes, we are in-network with most major insurance providers. However, we encourage each client to verify that Embolden You, LLC (or Jessica Dresden PsyD, LP, LLC) is in-network with their specific plan as each plan defers.

  • A: The initial intake appointment will consist of a psychiatric evaluation. By the end of the assessment, your medical provider will be able to provide you with feedback, and medication recommendations, and offer some initial impressions of what your work will include should you decide to continue to work together. Medications are not always prescribed on the first visit and are depending on multiple factors including records review.

  • A: Follow-up sessions typically occur anywhere from weekly to several months depending on the stability of symptoms and medication regimen.

We can then provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance.
