A: Yes, at this time we are offering a sexuality education group for adults with developmental disabilities and and adolescent skills therapy group for teens ages 12-17.

A: Most of the groups take place via telehealth, with the exception of the Prepare/Enrich Couples Therapy Group which is offered via telehealth or in-person.

A: Yes, we are in-network with most major insurance providers. However, we encourage each client to verify that Embolden You, LLC (or Jessica Dresden PsyD, LP, LLC) is in-network with their specific plan as each plan defers.

A: Yes, oftentimes, people have great OON benefits and are still able to continue their care with us. if we are out-of-network with your insurance, you are responsible to self-pay for your session on the date of service. We can then provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance.

A: Yes, if you do not have insurance that is in-network with Embolden You, self-pay is an option. Consult with your clinician on what their specific self-pay rate is. We also accept HSA/FSA.
