It can feel so overwhelming to carry stress, self-doubt, or disconnection — especially when you’re trying to show up for work, family, and the people you love. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering. You deserve a space where you feel deeply understood, and you also deserve tools that create real change.
I have experience and a passion for working with individuals and couples of all ages that are navigating:
Personality disorders
Self-harm
Substance use
I will work with you to incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) interventions to help you build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and break patterns that no longer serve you.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an occupational therapist, where I supported individuals in creating sustainable changes in habits and daily routines. That experience continues to shape my work today — helping clients move beyond insight alone and toward actionable steps that improve day-to-day functioning and overall well-being.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outside with my two children, exploring new recipes in the kitchen and diving into creative crafts and DIY projects. These parts of my life keep me grounded and continually remind me of the importance of balance, flexibility, and finding joy in everyday moments.
Whether we are working together individually or as a couple, my goal is to help you gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of control in your life and relationships. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with intention.
