Welcome! Are you finding yourself looking to make changes in your life? Or maybe you’re looking to feel better about life’s changes? There can be many factors that bring us to therapy and I’m here to help! Together we will work to better understand your difficulties, explore strategies and develop skills for improving your wellbeing, and experience the process of growth.

I have experience collaborating with a diverse population of clients with unique intersections of identity and various mental health difficulties. I am interested in working with older adolescents and adults (16+) who experience concerns related to:

I find that learning and growing along with my clients is an essential component to my work and development as a clinical psychology doctoral student. As such, I highly value proving my clients with psychoeducation to empower you with the knowledge of understanding your mental health concerns. While working with one another, the therapeutic approaches I utilize will vary depending on your individual needs and goals, along with your unique values and worldviews. I may integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, systems therapy, and/or solution focused therapy.

Outside of the office, I spend my free time with family and friends, including my dog and cat. I love being outdoors during our beautiful Minnesota summers and crafting/creating indoors during our winters. I also love to cook and bake throughout all seasons, although I can never pass up a Chinese takeout and movie night!
