Are you so distracted by worries or intrusive thoughts that it’s hard to find joy? Does it feel like every day is a struggle, and what you’ve been trying either doesn’t seem to help or makes things worse? Perhaps you just can’t seem to find your authentic self, and your relationships are hard to enjoy…

Maybe I can help. The first step towards change is building a collaborative and trusting relationship in therapy where you feel accepted and safe. You can expect a down-to-earth approach from me marked by compassion, humor, and intention. Together, we will create a plan that identifies your goals and that will empower you towards changing the thoughts and behaviors that keep you stuck.  We will work to identify your most important values, and let those values guide us as we bravely face your struggles and begin achieving progress towards building the life that you want.

Make no mistake; I will challenge you and there will be times when progress is uncomfortable. But I will also be there with you every step of the way, offering support, teaching you skills, and encouraging you to access your strengths.

As a provider who thrives on variety and complexity, I see adults (18+) from diverse backgrounds, and for numerous concerns. Although my expertise is broad, I have a particular passion for working with those struggling with the following:

I utilize the following therapeutic approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Prepare/Enrich Premarital Counseling, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I strive to walk the walk of living a balanced and authentic life, too, so while I work hard I play hard too! When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family (including the furry ones) and friends. I love exploring new places on hikes or my mountain bike,  and recharge through gardening, yoga, cooking, listening to almost any music imaginable, and meditation. I look forward to the privilege of taking this journey with you.
