Life is tough.

And I have chosen to dedicate my life's work to ensuring that during those tough times we do not have to be alone.

I am committed to creating a practice that is grounded in a compassionate, skill-based approach, which promotes understanding and healing. I have not only personally experienced, but witnessed, the empowerment that is built when we develop a deeper understanding and trust in ourselves and our own internal experience.

I enjoy sharing all that I have learned through "nerding out" on how our emotions function, the ways past experiences impact our present, and how to develop healthy relationships with ourselves and others.

I truly believe that with a deeper understanding and a heavy dose of self compassion, empowerment is built... and when we start to trust ourselves we take back control of creating and enjoying the life that we so deeply desire!

I have special interest in working with individuals (18+) who are eager to make changes and may be struggling with concerns related to:

I believe that one of the most important roles as a therapist is to work towards creating a safe place for everyone. In my personal life I strive to be LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-racist, body positive, sex positive, and culturally competent. While I desire to understand the unique experiences of everyone, I work hard to ensure not to burden clients with the emotional labor of educating me along one's journey.

When not in the office I try to spend as much time outside with my husband, son, and our dog Lucy. I also enjoy gardening, reading memoirs, and listening to a good true-crime podcast!
