Welcome, I’m happy you’re here!
Starting therapy can be intimidating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you with compassion and collaboration. My approach to therapy is authentic and client-centered, with a focus on creating a safe environment where you feel understood and empowered.
I’m passionate about helping clients deepen their understanding of themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and celebrate personal growth. Whether you are experiencing a difficult transition, struggling with overwhelming emotions, or wanting to explore your identities, I aim to provide a space where healing can occur at your own pace.
I have special interest in working with people (ages 5-99) who are eager to make changes and may be struggling with concerns related to:
Gender identity and sexuality
Adjustment challenges and life transitions
Low self-esteem
Work-life balance
Self-harm
Suicidal ideation
Body image concerns
Emotional dysregulation
Attachment
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is fundamental for meaningful change. I strive to help clients feel empowered, supported, and connected to themselves throughout our work together. My goal is to foster an environment where clients can feel safe exploring both challenges and strengths.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy tending to my plants, reading, crafting, trying new coffee shops, and exploring the Twin Cities area!
