Welcome! I know life is full of transitions, and you don’t need to go through them alone. As a Licensed Psychologist, I constantly feel honored that clients allow me to join them on their journeys towards greater self-understanding and emotional awareness. I believe people grow through meaningful connections, so I strive to create a counseling space that is warm and inclusive. My goal is to provide collaborative, strength-based care that meets the unique needs of each individual client. I also work to engage in LGBTQ+ affirmative practices.

I have specific interest and experience working with adults of all ages who have concerns related to:

My clinical approach integrates cognitive behavioral, feminist therapy, and mindfulness frameworks. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- Enhanced for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) for treating eating disorders and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for addressing trauma. I’ve also completed several courses in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and am in the process of working towards a certification in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International.

Outside of work I love wandering through Costco, napping when my kid naps, attending book club even when I haven’t read the book, and caring for my senior dog, Percy.
