Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
Therapy is a judgment-free space where you get to be exactly who you are. I’m passionate about helping clients heal in ways that honor their unique personalities, strengths, and values. Wherever you are on your journey, I’ll meet you right there.
My priority is that you feel safe, heard, and understood in our sessions, and that you learn to show yourself kindness throughout the way. Therapy is not always easy, but it is so worth the while.
I am interested in working with teens and adults who are seeking support in any of the following:
Anxiety & Stress
Navigating Identity
Self-Esteem
Depression & Mood Disorders
Boundary Issues
Relationship Issues
Communication Skills
Life Transitions
I take a holistic approach to therapy and incorporate elements of cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy in my work. You can expect compassion, warmth, and directness in our work together. As you work towards healing, I am here to support, encourage, and hold you accountable in meeting your goals.
I am a true Minnesotan and love spending time at the lake – nothing makes me happier than a sunset on the water! I love to recharge by reading books, walking my Bernese Mountain Dog, being active, cooking, and trying new coffee shops with friends.
