Eager to make some changes? Want to feel better, but not sure where to start? I’m here to help! I know it can be a little scary to start therapy and share your challenges with someone you just met. I totally get it! That's why I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment that allows you to be yourself. Therapy is hard work (if only there was a magic wand to make us feel better instantly!). Together we will work to identify unhelpful patterns that might be keeping you stuck. We will figure out new and effective ways to minimize your distress and improve your well-being. I want you to feel seen, heard, and supported. My collaborative approach to therapy will help you feel re-empowered and will allow you to discover your pathway to change, balance, and overall healing.
I have special interest in working with individuals who are eager to make changes and may be struggling with concerns related to:
Recent life stressors
I use a holistic approach to therapy and emphasize the mind-body connection. I integrate evidence-based practices including cognitive, behavioral, dialectical, and insight-focused therapies.
Some of my favorite self-care activities include interior designing and decorating, gardening, attempting DIY projects, trying new teas, writing (check out our blog!), and taking walks around the Twin Cities with my husband and daughter. What are some of your favorite self-care activities?
