Life is hard, and change can be even harder—but the fact that you’re here shows a desire to grow, heal, and move forward. We all need a space that feels safe, supportive, and real, where we can show up as our most vulnerable and authentic selves. My goal is to create that space for you and to walk alongside you at a pace that is comfortable for you in your journey. I bring an empathetic, genuine, direct, and honest presence and a commitment to helping you feel more empowered and resilient as we work toward your goals together.
I work with individuals (16+) struggling with:
Adjustment Issues
Substance Use Disorders and Navigating Life in Recovery
Work Life Balance
Career and Work Concerns
Perfectionism
Leadership
Recent Life Stressors
Life Transitions
I use a holistic approach to therapy, emphasizing the mind–body connection while integrating a range of evidence-based practices. My work is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strength-based, drawing from cognitive, behavioral, insight-focused, and solution-focused therapies. I also have specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and exposure-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for individuals navigating OCD. In addition, I have extensive experience supporting people working through substance use disorders.
In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and daughter. We enjoy being outdoors and visiting our families’ cabins. I also love crafts, DIY projects, traveling, exploring the community, and connecting with friends. These experiences help me stay grounded, mindful, and maintain the healthy work–life balance that so many of us strive for.
