Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to visit my page!
No matter the steps you took to get here, I am glad you made the leap; I am happy to offer support in any way I can. Therapy is a place where you can authentically explore yourself and your story, and I am excited to join you on your journey! There may be valleys and peaks along the way, but the resilience and growth will be worthwhile.
My priority is to help my clients feel seen, supported, and valued. I hold space for all backgrounds and experiences, while demonstrating open curiosity. I aim to validate and empower everyone who steps into my office.
In sessions, you can expect compassion, directness, warmth, and open dialogue as part of our work together. I draw from a collaborative therapeutic approach involving elements of internal family systems (IFS), emotion-focused (EFT), and integrative behavioral therapy. I will work alongside you in ways that support you both individually and collectively.
I am passionate in showing support for teens, adult individuals, and couples with the following concerns:
Communication skills
Desire discrepancy
Outside of the therapy setting, I love reading romance novels, watching crime drama television, running outside, and cooking new recipes. I am a Chicagoan through and through but have a shared love for the twin cities area.
Can’t wait to support you in your search for healing and change!
